Commission Terms of Service

When you commission me, you agree to these terms. Please read them first. Most commissions take about 5 to 30 days. It depends on how detailed the art is.General✤ I can say no to a commission if it makes me uncomfortable.✤ A rush fee starts at $20 USD. It depends on how soon you need the art.✤ I will send you updates while I work. Please do not spam me.✤ Please send me as many references as you can.✤ I may stream while I draw. If you do not want that, please tell me.✤ I the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that I provided.Payment✤ I take Wise, Venmo, and Cash App.
✤ Due to ongoing issues with artists losing access to their PayPal accounts, I no longer accept
PayPal as a form of payment for the safety of my business.
✤ If the art is under $100 USD , you pay it all up front.
✤ If the art is over $100 USD, you pay half up front. You pay the other half after you approve the rough sketch. You can also pay it all up front if you prefer. How it works1. Schedule: I check that I am free and that your due date works.2. References: You send me images, colors, poses, and notes.3. Rough concept: I make rough sketches for you to approve.4. Sketch: I clean up the rough so it is easy to see. This is the best time for big changes.5. Light Direction: Before color, I can show a gray version to test the lighting and mood.6. Color: After you approve the sketch and lighting, I add the colors and show you.7. Shading: I finish the lighting and details. Only small changes here.8. Final and delivery: I add the last touches and send you the finished art. You get it as a PNG and JPG.RefundsI will start your art after you pay. Payments are not refundable, except when:
✤ I have not started yet.
✤ We both agree to a refund.
✤ I cannot finish within 1 month of the time we agreed on.Changes (Revisions)✤ You get 3 revisions. Use them on the rough, sketch, light direction, or color stage. Please be clear about what you want.
✤ Minor edits during the rough stages are totally fine and won’t count as a full revision. But if we start getting into multiple rounds of changes to details, then that will use one of your revisions.
✤ While I am rendering, I only do tiny edits.
✤ Each extra revision after your 3 is $40 USD.DeliveryI send the final art as a High-Quality PNG and JPG (300 dpi) through Email or Discord.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI keep the copyright to the art I make. I can show it on my social media and portfolio, unless we agree
not to.COMMERCIAL USE & LICENSINGA normal commission is for personal use only: Things like (personal enjoyment, profile pictures, vtubers, gifts, etc.)If you want to use the artwork to make money (selling merch, prints, advertising, branding, etc.)• Commercial Use: 200% of the base price.
